Cold Snap, Emergen-C, hot tea, Z-pack & a lotta lotta rest rescued me from being ill with a classic winter cold, etc. It lasted seven days.....Health good now!

Next move for me: Christmas with all four sons in Montecito (for the first time in three years) and then a short surf trip to St. Barts deep in the Caribbean (located in the Leeward Islands in the northeastern Caribbean).....Going with my youngest son Max who will be home from grad school in Australia and also traveling with his brother Ryan.

After the surf trip I have a New Years Eve concert in Northern California which is on the 50th aniversary of the band (wish Brian, Al & David were going to be there)...
